COLLABORATION OF EFFORTS Community and faith-based organizations have an opportunity to partner with SFLi through the following means:

Youth Nominations- Nominating youth in grades 9th and 10th to participate in the Radical Dreams Success Bootcamp.

Community Service - Providing community service opportunities where youth learn the importance of service and giving back to their community.

Resource Sharing - Providing resource materials and services that will assist youth with life management.

Collaborations - Collaborating on initiatives that fit well with SFLiÕs vision, mission and strategic goals.

A survivor is a youth who has successfully “survived” our Radical Dreams Success Bootcamp.
