Success for Life Initiative recruits adults who serve as positive role models committed to transforming, uplifting and motivating youth to pursue their goals and accomplish their most radical dreams.
Individuals must be 21 years of age or older and be willing to commit to a minimum of 4 hours a month for at least 18 months. All success coaches are required to have a high school diploma, and be actively involved in their community.
Must have reliable transportation.
A survivor is a youth who has successfully “survived” our Radical Dreams Success Bootcamp.
