Description
This fast-paced training program is designed for a select group of young people possessing a desire to invade the marketplace with their ideas, hopes and dreams. After meeting the stringent criteria for entry, these young minds are exposed to a wide array of business people, special projects and opportunities. Mature persons who have already attained success in the marketplace assist us in supporting these emerging work force members. Individualized coaching is supplemented with intensive classroom instruction designed to equip young adults with the skills necessary to succeed.
