Standards of Conduct

SFLI works to ensure the safety of all youth under our mentorship. Success Coaches are provided with standards of conduct in the success coach packet and during the initial success coach training session. During the training, Success Coaches are taught proper handling of youth issues utilizing examples, scenarios and role playing. All allegations of inappropriate mentor and mentee contact will be investigated thoroughly. SFLI believes that every child deserves to know that someone cares about their safety and well-being and that they are valued.

A survivor is a youth who has successfully “survived” our Radical Dreams Success Bootcamp.
